The Real Profit Group creative bureau was initially established as a multidisciplinary agency. Firstly, its key functions were HR and marketing, later expanded to include b2b event management, PR, wholesale development, media publishing, and design.
The agency's first clients from 2008 to 2012 included Volvo Fashion Week Moscow, retailer F5 Jeans, designer brands such as Anna Miminoshvili, Norsoyan, and Zhanar, and many others.
The next stage of the agency's development in 2013–2015 included the launch of its own showrooms and press offices, the organization of the Flacon Fashion Festival — two seasons of commercial fashion week at the Flacon design factory, and the launch of the Fashionograph, a digital and print media about the fashion industry (2014-2022).
At the same time, a long-term collaboration began with leading b2b exhibitions in their respective segments in Russia — CPM — Collection Premiere Moscow (2013–present) and Chapeau (2013–2022) – as a press agent and special projects operator.
Over the years, the creative bureau has conducted over 200 fashion shoots, PR campaigns, and fashion business events, such as catwalk shows, presentations, press breakfasts, press tours, and much more.
Since 2022, the creative bureau has updated most of the exhibition websites of the Russian exhibition company Expo Fusion (formerly Messe Düsseldorf Moscow), produced the catwalks program for the 40th anniversary season of the CPM, and has become a partner in organizing seasonal trend areas and the largest fashion industry business forum, the Russian Fashion Retail Forum.
At the same time, the team launched a partnership with the RBC media holding to prepare and conduct the annual RBC Fashion Review, a large-scale project exploring the local fashion industry through market analysis and editorial research by market experts.
